Dennis Patrick Karn, born July 3, 1950, died December 6, 2010, at age 60 of cancer, at the home of his sister Trish, in Kent. The third son of Ed and Olga Karn, he grew up with his many siblings in Seattle's Rainier Valley. He worked as a cook in Seattle for many years, for 15 years in Alaska, and several years on fishing boats. Dino, as he was called, was an avid newspaper reader, a long-time Mariners fan, and a hard worker all his life. He will be greatly missed by his large family and all who loved him.
